In a work environment that demands high levels of cleanliness, standardized procedures for putting on cleanroom suits are essential. Each step is critical in maintaining the integrity of the overall cleanroom environment and ensuring the quality of product production. Nevertheless, prior to engaging in the actual cleanroom suits dressing procedure, the significance of preparation should not be overlooked. Today, we shall explore the preparation before dressing.
1. Personnel should not wear any accessories or makeup when entering the cleanroom . Women should tie up their long hair completely.

1.1.Accessories : They can easily carry dust and bacteria from the outside into the cleanroom, which may pollute the cleanroom environment and affect the purity of the product. Their materials and designs make it difficult to thoroughly clean and disinfect them, increasing the risk of cross-infection. Some accessories with sharp edges may pierce the protective gloves or cleanroom suits of the staff, causing the accessories to fall off and become foreign contaminants in the cleanroom.
1.2.Makeup: It may introduce additional microorganisms and pollutants, thereby affecting the cleanroom environment. It contains chemical ingredients that are prone to evaporation, forming suspended matter that pollutes the cleanroom and degrades air quality. The fragrances, powders, oils, and other components in makeup could inadvertently transfer onto product surfaces, diminishing product quality and impairing functional performance. Moreover, makeup may include harmful substances such as alcohol and benzene, posing a potential threat to the safety of the cleanroom environment.
1.3.Tie up hair:To effectively prevent hair loss and tangling in production equipment, minimize disruptions to cleanroom machinery, and ensure the safety of personnel; to reduce the dissemination of particles and microorganisms originating from the head, thereby decreasing contamination of the cleanroom’s air quality; and to facilitate the putting on and putting on of cleanroom headwear and suits.
2. Before entering the Grade B cleanroom for aseptic gowning, personnel should wear cleanroom base-layer appparel ,a small cap and cleanroom shoes.

2.1.Cleanroom Base-Layer Apparel
Made of soft and comfortable fabricthat promotes breathability and is gentle even on sensitive skin. It enhances cleanliness levels and increases wearer comfort throughout the gowning process
It is can repeatedly be used about 100 times.
Preliminarily isolate the dust emitted by the human body and reduce the pollution of the human body to the environment ;
Standardize changing procedures while facilitating the putting on and taking off of cleanroom suits .

2.2. A Small Cap
Made of the same anti-static material as cleanroom suits.
① The human body carries static electricity, and dry hair is more likely to generate static electricity. The anti- static hat has conductive fibers embedded inside, which form a conductive path when in contact with the scalp to prevent the generation of static electricity ;
② It can cover the head to prevent hair loss and dust and particles on the hair from contaminating the working environment and products, ensuring the cleanliness of the cleanroom environment and the quality of the products .

2.3.Cleanroom Shoes
Cleanroom shoes are indispensable clean protection equipment in the cleanroom environment .
① The sole is made of PVC or imported TPV environmentally friendly material, which is wear-resistant and non-slip ;
② Anti-static conductive threads are cleverly embedded in the shoes to reduce and eliminate static charges accumulated on the human body ;
③ Effectively suppress the dust generated by people walking around , further improving the cleanliness of the cleanroom.

3.Entry to the first dressing room is granted via facial recognition.
People entering the cleanroom must meet a series of strict conditions and regulations, and their permissions can be identified through the intelligent access control system.

3.1.1.Replace the ordinary cleanroom touch-type access control , automatically identify whether the cleanroom suits have been washed and sterilized, whether the employees have access rights within the validity period, and record the access data of personnel, so as to achieve digital intelligent management. While ensuring the personnel management authority , it avoids the deviation of access records and data errors caused by human factors;
3.1.2.Real-time display and control of the number of people in the cleanroom. The intelligent management system is compatible with multi-terminal systems, which can realize data storage and monitoring of the entire cleanroom;
3.1.3.A variety of identity recognition methods can be combined and applied as needed, including: traditional passwords, employee access cards, RFID electronic chips implanted in cleanroom suits , fingerprint recognition, iris recognition, face recognition and other biometric recognition methods.
Together, we have learned the first part of Gaible Cleanroom Suits Gowning Procedure – Preparation Before Dressing . The preparation before dressing has been fully completed, and we are about to embark on the official “dressing journey”! What are the procedures and precautions in the first dressing room?
