Sinopharm Zhongsheng & G42 UAE Vaccine Project was implemented and executed jointly by Sinopharm Group China Biotechnology and the United Arab Emirates G42 Group. It was the first Covid-19 vaccine in the UAE, which would provide a reliable vaccine guarantee for the Middle East and Africa region and play a crucial role in the fighting of the pandemic in the region.

Gaible was the exclusive Chinese supplier for this project.The large order covered undergarments, coveralls, two-piece suits, shoes, and accessories for all clean areas of the project. The products G42 would use in A/B grade clean area are Gaible’s undergarments, upgraded 2-in-1 coverall paired with boots and accessories.

The material of Gaible’s undergarments is anti-static super-fine polyester fiber, which is comfortable and breathable, and acts as the first line of protection. The outerwear is upgraded 2-in-1 coveralls, which has designs like stand-up collar, front zip opening, ring fixed cuff, flat pants hem with hidden buttons. Its coat and pants are attached in one piece, and usually pair with goggles, shawl hats and boots to get a perfect protection.

In order to ensure the delivery of the project and guarantee the supply of anti-pandemic products in Shanghai as Chinese government required, Gaible has overcome the severe challenges of tight time, heavy tasks, high requirements and high pressure.
